Shipping Information
We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. All orders take a standard 1-3 business day to process, not including weekends regardless of method of shipment elected.
DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Standard First Class Shipping: $6.90 Flat Rate
Priority Shipping: $9.99 Flate Rate
Shipping Delivery Time:
USPS Standard First Class: 4-7 Business Day
USPS Priority: 2-3 Business Day
Please Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Priority Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS. Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected.
You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours of purchasing, please send an email to vidamulattabtq@gmail.com
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. If you would like to request a SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT. Please include it in the notes of your order and we will invoice you the small fee so you can ensure your package gets delivered safely.
All shoes ship without boxes. Please be aware before placing the order.
NIS ITEMS:If an item is found to be NIS from you order, we will issue a refund for that item at the time of shipment. Please allow a standard 3- 10 business days to see the refund post to your bank account. Thank you!
PREORDER ITEMS: If your order contains a PREORDER item, we will not be shipping your order separately. We will ship all items in the order that your preorder items arrives in our warehouse.
